About Us

We started as a pop-up coffee cart at the Junction Farmers Market in Toronto — two people passionate about Vietnamese coffee and curious to see if the neighbourhood felt the same way.

The community answered louder than we ever expected. The lineups, the regulars, the strangers who showed up in the rain just for their cup — it all told us the same thing: this coffee deserves a bigger stage.

So we got to work. We partner closely and ethically with coffee farms across Vietnam — sourcing Arabica, Robusta, and the rare Liberica — to bring the best of what Vietnamese soil, elevation, and craftsmanship can produce, straight to your door. Every bean we carry has a farm behind it, a region, a story. We think that matters.

What started at a market cart is now a mission: to bring authentic Vietnamese coffee to the world, one bag at a time.
